The chart’s bars, readable on a phone

• Fixed

  On a phone the chart’s two switches could run off the edge of the card, hiding By day. They wrap under the figure now.

  By day, By week and By month on a phone drew bare bars with no zero line, no dates and no way to read one. The phone gets the same chart as a desktop — the baseline, the figures on the left, the dates underneath, and a tap on a bar shows that period’s sales, revenue and spend and stays until you tap again. A window with nothing in it says so instead of showing an empty plot.

  The running total on a phone now carries its axis too — the figures on the left, the dates underneath and the previous window dashed behind it. The bars are scaled to their own window rather than the one before, so a lone bar fills the plot instead of showing as a sliver, and a tap’s reading stays inside the chart rather than being cut off at the bottom.

The trend inside the month, and Analytics for one slice

• New

  The dashboard’s main chart can be drawn as one bar per day, week or month instead of a running total — press By day, By week or By month beside Profit / Revenue / Sales. Each bar is that period’s own figure, red where it lost money, with the previous window’s figure in the tooltip, so you can see whether this week beat last week rather than only how far the month has got.

  Analytics has a Filter: pick a brand, a category, a marketplace, where the item came from, a size or a colour — any of them together — and every figure, chart, list and the export follow it. Chips under the header show what is in force and take it off one at a time. Running costs aren’t split by brand, so they stay out while a filter is on and the screen says so.

A listing is yours to link again — and the wrong link can be undone

• New

  Not this item — on a listing the sync put onto a purchase it made, from the item's record or the ⋯ menu on Listings. The listing goes back under “not in your inventory yet” to put on the right item; the item goes back to Not listed with its cost and purchase untouched.

  A new listing is no longer put onto a purchase in your inventory on its own — it waits on Listings with the likeliest item suggested (size and brand checked, so two pairs of the same trainer are told apart), and you link it in one tap. The sync was guessing, and a guess you have to undo is worse than a tap you have to make.

Plainer words everywhere

The owner asked for every screen to say what happens in common-sense words. This is a sweep of the app's labels, buttons and messages — nothing moved, a lot got clearer.

  An item you mark as cancelled or refunded no longer seems to vanish. Inventory now shows a Cancelled and a Refunded tab whenever you have one, so you can find it again — to move its cost onto a relisted item, say.

  Statuses say which way the parcel is going: Not listed · On its way to you · Listed · To post · Posted · Delivered · Sold. The queue, Shipping and Labels use the same words, and the button is Mark as posted everywhere.

  Marking a parcel as posted from the Action queue now takes it off Shipping's To post list too — it used to stay there.

  After a Vinted sync the report says how many sales were read, matched, added to your inventory as new items, or set aside as look-alikes — and where each of those went. Both hubs say Sync, Syncing… and Last synced.

  Money words line up: the dashboard's Gross profit and Net profit are named for what they cover, Profit banked is profit rather than cash, Payouts says Still at the marketplaces and Paid into your bank, and Expenses is called Expenses on every screen.

  In the queue, removing a row says it is for good (and that Queue rules brings it back), snoozing says a week, and Open on eBay to end it says what pressing does. Taking a sale back off an item warns you first, and skipping a Vinted sale now has an Undo, as eBay's did.

A sale of synced stock showed twice

• Fixed

  Since purchases started going into your inventory on their own, selling one could leave it in the inventory twice — the bought row still in stock and a second sold row with no cost, which threw the profit figure out. Those pairs are put back together on your next sync: the sale lands on the row that carries the cost, and the copy goes to Recently deleted in case you want it.

  When you list something the sync added from a purchase, the listing now goes onto that item rather than waiting on Listings as a possible duplicate — so the sale that follows lands on it, with the cost already there.

  A sale the sync can’t place for certain, where the likely item is synced stock you haven’t listed, waits for you in the Vinted hub with that item suggested — it is never added as a second item any more.

Descriptions: make it write your way

• New

  Make it yours, under the styles: tone, length, sections or flowing text, emoji on or off, which lines go in, how many hashtags, your own sign-off and a line to always mention. Set once and remembered — every listing, including the bulk sheet, comes out your way.

• Improved

  On a phone the writer reads as steps — the item, its details, the style, Write it in thumb reach, then your listing — and the listing comes into view when it’s ready.

Descriptions now works like the Discord tool

• New

  Three styles — Casual, Detailed and Pro — write a copy-ready Vinted title, description and an 18–22 hashtag stack in one press, the same way the Discord Description & Hashtags tool does. Each comes back in its own box with Copy.

• New

  The item’s details sit on the writer and you fix them right there — what it is, brand, size, colour, condition, material, measurements, anything else. Changes are saved to the item when you write. Material and Measurements are on the Edit sheet too.

  Read the photos: the item’s own photos fill in the brand, the exact model where it’s unmistakable, colour, and a size or condition where a tag shows it. You check before anything is written. Counts as one generation.

• Fixed

  A listing could come back talking about what was missing — “the seller has not included a size…”. The writer now only ever writes from what it has, and never mentions what it doesn’t.

New purchases go into your inventory on their own

• New

  A Vinted or eBay purchase the sync sees for the first time, bought in the last seven days, is added to your inventory by itself — the purchase attached, what you paid as its cost, on its way until it arrives. It waits in Purchases instead only when adding it could make a duplicate: it reads like an item you already have (link it instead), it was bought more than a week ago, or it was refunded.

  If a purchase is refunded after it was added, its item moves to Recently deleted and the purchase shows struck through in Purchases. Delete an item the sync made and it is not made again.

Stock spend says when synced buys are waiting

• Fixed

  The Stock spend card could say nothing was bought this week when your Vinted or eBay purchases had synced but weren’t added to your inventory yet. It now says how many are waiting in Purchases, with a link to add them. Purchases count as stock spend once they’re in your inventory.

Read a receipt from a photo

• New

  Logging an expense, tap Read a receipt and take a photo of it: the total, the date, the shop and the category fill themselves in for you to check before you save, and the photo is kept as the receipt — you’ll see it under More details. Each read uses one of your day’s AI allowance.

  Writing a listing description said the writer wasn’t switched on. It is now, and a failed write still doesn’t come off your allowance.

Recently deleted is easier to find

• Improved

  Recently deleted is now in the More tab on your phone, in the Views menu on Inventory, and in search. Before, its only link sat at the very end of your inventory list, and only once something had been deleted.

  On a phone, the month names under Inventory’s performance chart ran into each other at both ends (“NOVDEC”, “SEPOCT”). The chart now shows every other month when twelve don’t fit.

You’ll see straight away if Vinted or eBay stops accepting your login

• Fixed

  A Vinted listing you deleted could stay on Listings as “still live on Vinted” for good, and its take-it-down warning never cleared, if it came from a Vinted account you had disconnected or from before the app tracked which account a listing belongs to. It now clears within a day of Vinted no longer showing it.

• New

  If Vinted or eBay stops accepting your login, a bar across the top of every screen says so, with a Reconnect button. Until now you only found out from the Vinted page or a notification, or by noticing sales had stopped arriving. It goes the moment you reconnect.

Deleted items stay deleted, and Recently deleted brings them back

• Fixed

  An item you deleted could come back on the next hourly sync if it came from a Vinted sale or a live Vinted or eBay listing. Deleted items now stay deleted: the sync leaves them alone.

  Recently deleted: everything you delete waits there for 30 days with Restore, and Delete forever if you want it gone now. Deleting no longer asks first — the message after it has Undo, and the link at the foot of your inventory opens the rest.

Every cost figure counts everything you paid

• Fixed

  On a sold item, the line “Turned … into …” left out extra costs such as buyer protection, so it could say less than the item really cost. It now counts everything, the same as the profit under it. It also says “the same day” properly.

  The same note on an item not yet listed — how much is tied up — counts extra costs too.

  Reprice’s “2× cost”, “3× cost” and “4× cost” suggestions, on one item or many, were worked out from the item’s price alone. They now use everything it cost — postage to you and buyer protection too — so a suggested price covers what you actually paid.

  Analytics’ best and worst flips showed the item’s price alone on the left of the arrow, so the line didn’t add up to the profit beside it. It shows everything it cost now.

  See purchase, on an item linked to a Vinted purchase, opened the whole Purchases list. It opens that one purchase now, with Show all purchases to go back to the rest.

  On a computer, an item opened over the inventory list could still show its old cost under a Vinted purchase whose figures had just been put right, until the page was refreshed. It shows the right figures straight away now.

  Every item linked to a Vinted purchase is kept to that purchase’s item price, postage and buyer protection on each sync. With more than 500 linked purchases, the oldest were missed and only put right when you opened them; now every one is.

  An item linked to two Vinted purchases, or linked to one while also in a lot, had its cost rewritten on every sync — a new “Cost corrected” line in its history each hour, and for an item linked twice, the cost of the other purchase rather than the one it shows. It now counts the purchase it shows, once, and an item in a lot keeps the lot’s cost.

Milestones and stock stickers

A moment for every milestone, and a code on every bag that the app can scan.

  Milestones on your dashboard: your first sale, 10, 25, 50 sales and on, profit passing each round number, your best flips, your best day and best month ever — each dated to the sale that made it, celebrated once, and shareable as a picture.

  Stock stickers: print a small QR sticker for any item, or for every row you tick on Inventory, on an A4 label sheet or a label printer. Scan it in the app to open the item.

  Scan in a stock-take: point the camera at your stickers and each one is ticked, with the box it belongs in — no tapping down a list.

The no-signal page and notification icons

• Fixed

  Notifications show the app’s icon again on phones and computers that draw one — since this afternoon they pointed at a picture that was not there.

eBay: add a whole pile of old sales at once

No more adding two years of eBay sales one at a time.

• New

  On the eBay screen, search the sales waiting on you or pick a range of dates, then press Add all — or Select and tick the ones you want. One cost for each, or a rough range like 2-4; leave it blank and they go in at an unknown cost. Two hundred go in in a few seconds.

  It never adds a sale you already typed in, holds back anything that looks like stock you still hold, and names both before anything is written.

  The eBay screen counts every sale waiting on you. It said 200 when more were waiting, because it only counted the ones it had loaded.

  Several sales of one eBay listing — the same thing sold a day apart at one price — no longer show as “Already recorded — ignore” once the first is added. Each is its own sale.

Bundles you bought: one parcel, several items

A purchase with several things in it no longer puts the whole cost on one item and leaves the rest looking free.

• New

  On Purchases, choose Bought in a bundle from a row’s ⋯ menu, say how many items came in it and tick any already in your stock. The purchase becomes a lot and what you paid is shared between them; the rest are added, ready to rename as you unpack.

• Improved

  A bundle still in the post makes items that are on their way, and they turn to bought when Vinted says it arrived. Take it off the lot from the same menu if it was not a bundle after all.

• Fixed

  Linking a purchase to an item already in a lot is no longer offered: the lot carries that item’s cost, and the purchase’s postage was being counted on top of it.

  An item sold in a bundle no longer says its sale was split by listed price when you split it evenly or typed the amounts yourself.

Bundles: one sale, several items

A buyer’s bundle no longer books every price on one item and leaves the rest sitting in stock.

• New

  Sold in a bundle? Open any sold item and press Split this sale, then tick the other items the buyer took. Each is marked sold on the same day, and the price is split between them by what each was listed at — or evenly, or in amounts you type — so every item shows what it really made.

  On the Vinted screen, a sale Vinted says covered several items waits as a bundle instead of becoming one new item carrying every price: Pick the items places it. Any waiting sale can go on several items from its ⋯ menu.

• Improved

  Items sold together move together: posted, delivered and completed with the sale they were in, and an eBay fee on a bundle is shared across its items rather than landing on one. Take out puts an item back on sale and gives its share back.

A tour of the app, several purchases into stock at once, and Report a problem

• New

  Suggest an idea: the same form as Report a problem, for a feature or a change you’d like. It’s beside Report a problem in the side bar, in More and in search.

• Fixed

  On a phone, the dashboard’s period and buttons now sit on one even row instead of spilling onto a second line, and the figures along the top line up with the rest of the page.

  On an iPhone, the bar along the bottom could end up floating halfway up the screen after you’d typed something, until you left the page. It now puts itself back at the bottom.

  Report a problem from anywhere: say what happened, add a screenshot if you have one, and it comes straight to us with the page you were on. It’s at the foot of the side bar, in More, in search, and on the screen you see if something fails to load.

  A two-minute tour of everything the app does, from every account in one set of books to spreadsheets, the AI writer and your own Discord channel. It opens once; take it again any time from More, or search “tour”.

  Tick purchases and add them all as new stock in one go. Anything that looks like an item you already have is held back and named, so nothing ends up in your inventory twice, and Undo takes the whole batch back out.

Support that can see what you see, and today’s fixes

Something new, then every fix from today, small ones included.

  Stuck? Settings → Account can let our team into your account for 24 hours, so they see exactly what you see and can fix it. You can stop it at any time, and every visit — with every change made during it — is listed there.

  Your Vinted wallet shows on the dashboard again. Vinted moved where it keeps your balance on 9 October, so the card stopped at its last reading — or never appeared, if you connected after that. It catches up on your next sync.

  A token copied from a Vinted page that wasn’t signed in is turned away when you paste it, with what to do instead. Before, it connected under a name like “Connection 6”, read nobody’s account, and every sync said Vinted did not answer. One already on your list now says that is what’s wrong with it.

  Connecting Vinted walks you through getting your token in seven numbered steps, from opening a private window to closing it — including the two that catch people out: don’t refresh the page after copying the token, and close the window without logging out. For another account, close every private window and start again.

  When some of your Vinted accounts can’t sync, the message gives each reason once, beside the accounts it applies to. It used to give the first account’s reason for all of them.

  The “Vinted connection expires in 7 days” notification no longer comes after every sync. Each sync gets a fresh token from Vinted and each one looked like a new deadline, so it stays quiet while syncing is keeping your connection alive, and never repeats within two weeks. The last-day warning always comes.

  eBay’s “Re-read the last two years”, and the first sync after connecting, stopped with an error from eBay: the two years ran a moment past what eBay allows. They start a day inside it now.

  A free trial shows as one on Billing — when it ends, when the first charge is, and that nothing has been charged yet — instead of a plan marked Active with an amount due.

  The Billing page’s top bar said Resell Reserve, and its way back led to a page this app doesn’t have. It says Vintify and takes you back to your dashboard.

  Share pictures, report cards and link previews carry the Vintify mark. They had Resell Reserve’s logo beside the Vintify name.

Two years of eBay sales, not 90 days

Your eBay history now goes back as far as eBay keeps it.

  Connecting eBay now brings in your last two years of orders, with the fees eBay charged, instead of the last 90 days. Already connected? Open eBay, press the menu and choose "Re-read the last two years" once — it never doubles a sale.

Your Vinted labels, fetched for you

No more digging through emails for a QR code at the counter.

• New

  When you sell on Vinted and make the label, the app copies it into Labels on the next sync — the QR code, or the printable label if you chose one — filed under the item. It's kept as a copy, so it still opens after Vinted's link has expired.

• New

  Open it from where you already are: a Label button on each To send row in the Action queue, and on the item's own page. Scan it at the counter, or print it — a printable label is trimmed to fit a thermal roll.

Monthly reports, weekly summaries and stock-takes

• New

  Reports under Analytics now has a Month tab: the same report over a calendar month — what sold, by platform, what you bought and spent, every running cost — told week by week, with every goal that ran in it, hit or missed. Every earlier month is beneath it.

  Your week, when it ends: a notification on the first morning of your week saying what last week made on what sold, how many sales and the best one, opening the report. Once a week, only when something happened, and only if you switch it on under Settings → Notifications.

  Share your week: Share on any report draws it as a picture — what sold, what it made, your best sale and the shape of the week — to save or post straight into Discord, with a link anyone can open one disclosure down. What you bought, your costs and your goals are never on it.

  Stock-take, from Storage: walk your places and tick what you can see — All here does a whole box in one press — and Finish records what was found, what is missing and what you paid for it. A missing item that turns up later is one press. Only ticks made since you started count, so last month's walk never counts as this one.

Linked items take your listing title

  Link a listing to something you added from a purchase and the item takes your listing’s title instead of the seller’s — so “Jumper” becomes what you actually called it. Anything you have already linked is renamed on the next sync. A title you typed or changed yourself is never touched.

The full weekly report

• Improved

  Each week under Analytics → Weekly now shows the whole week: every item that sold with where it sold and what it made, each platform side by side with the best one named, what you bought and where from, every running cost, a day-by-day chart, and whether each of your goals was hit.

  The weekly popup on the dashboard says how many of your goals were hit that week.

Weekly recap, bulk repricing and a year-end pack

• New

  Last week opens over the dashboard the first time you come in after it ends — what you made on what sold against the week before, what you bought, what it cost to run, and your best sale. Close it and it lives on under Analytics → Weekly, with every earlier week.

  Reprice a selection on Listings: press Select, tick the cards, and drop them all by your own percentage or set one price. Every new price is shown before anything is saved.

  The Tax report’s Export menu has a Year-end pack: one zip with the report, the year month by month, every expense with its receipt, your mileage and the stock on your shelf at the year’s end — ready for whoever does your books.

  If Vinted refuses an account’s token, the Vinted hub says so on that account’s card and the automatic sync stops asking until you paste a fresh one — it tries once a day, and pressing Sync always tries.

Custom date ranges on Inventory

• New

  The calendar button is in the Inventory header too. Pick two dates and the list, the status chips, the performance curve and Export follow them — sold items by the day they sold, everything else by the day it was bought — so the file you download is exactly the rows on screen.

• Fixed

  On a phone, Export no longer takes you to a file page with no way back. The file opens in the share sheet — save it to Files, open it in Excel or Numbers, send it on — and you are back on the screen you were on.

Custom date ranges and listing photos

The dashboard, Analytics and Expenses take any two dates beside 7D, 30D and 90D, and the export follows. Link a listing to an item and the listing's photo leads it.

  The calendar button beside the period pill takes any two dates — the 1st to the 15th, a month, a stock-take's fortnight. Every figure, the curve, the comparison against the same number of days before, and Export follow them, on the dashboard, Analytics and Expenses.

  Linking a Vinted or eBay listing to an item you already have puts the listing's own photo in front of the one the purchase brought in. The purchase photo stays behind it, and the item's photos can be reordered any time.

Relists keep their cost

A listing you delete or relist is now noticed, and the new one links to the item you already have.

• New

  Relisted on Vinted, or ended and sold similar on eBay? The new listing waits on Listings as a relist of the item whose listing ended. One tap moves the item onto it, with its new price, and keeps what it cost and when you bought it and first listed it.

  A Vinted listing you deleted stayed live here for ever — including under Sold on eBay, still live on Vinted, which then never cleared. The next sync now takes it off Listings: the item goes back to In stock, keeping what it cost.

  No interest is judged by how long the listing itself has been up, so a relist is not flagged the day it goes live. Stale still counts from when the item first went up.

Cross-listing on Vinted and eBay

List the same thing on both, under different titles and prices, and it stays one item — with both listings on it.

  A listing on the other marketplace can be linked to an item you already have up — it becomes that item’s second listing, and the first keeps its link, price and date. The card shows both marks, and the second listing’s own price and watchers or favourites.

  Sold on one marketplace and still up on the other? The top of Listings says so, with a button that opens the listing to take it down.

  The Action queue has a Still up lane for the same thing, and it counts on the queue’s badge — so a sale on eBay that is still live on Vinted is in front of you wherever you look.

  A new listing that reads like one you already have up on the other marketplace now waits for you, naming it, instead of arriving as a second item.

• Fixed

  If a sync already made a second item for the other half, Same item as one on Vinted (or eBay) folds the copy into the real one, moving its listing and any bump across.

Link matching listings in one press

When a live listing is plainly one of your items — the same title, the same price — you no longer have to link it by hand.

• New

  Link all that match exactly, on the Listings screen, links every waiting listing whose title and price are the same as one of your items. Each of those rows says exact match first, so you can see what the press will do. Anything less certain still waits for you, one row at a time.

• Improved

  eBay sales now fill in a category where eBay’s is one Vinted has too — jeans, hoodies, coats, trainers and the like — so they count in the Season planner and in how long that kind of item takes to sell. Where eBay’s category has no clear match, it is left for you rather than guessed.

Sign in with Apple

A second way through the door, for the App Store build. Your account is still your Discord account, and Discord is still what lets you in.

• New

  Continue with Apple on the sign-in screen. Apple confirms who you are, then hands you on to a Discord sign-in, every time — your membership lives on your Discord account, so Discord is what opens the app. The account pane in Settings says which way you came in.

• Improved

  Deleting your account also tells Apple, so the Sign in with Apple identity ends with it.

Offline mode

In a basement with no bars, the app opens to the screens you have already seen and lets you log the buy. It says plainly that the screen is a copy, and when it was taken.

• New

  Open the app with no signal and any screen you have opened before on that device comes back as it was, with a line at the top saying “as it was at 14:02”. Log a buy from there as normal: it is kept on the phone and goes up by itself when the signal returns. A screen you have never opened shows a plain no-signal page instead.

  Nothing is ever shown from the copy while the app can reach the server — a copy is only used when it cannot — and signing out clears every copy on that device.

Consistency fixes across every figure

Before release, every number the app prints was checked against every other place it prints. Four disagreed by one row each. They agree now.

  A sale you have not posted yet counts as a sale everywhere — the six-month chart, the twelve-month profit and loss, goals, the breakdown by brand and the item record’s “your average sells in” line all counted only rows marked Sold, while the figures above them counted every sale.

  A cancelled order no longer sits in the stock count with its cost tied up, the Inventory badge in the rail no longer counts a binned item, and the In-stock card’s Listed and Not listed now add up to it — a parcel still on its way is not listed.

eBay listings and marketplace marks

Your live eBay listings are read now, and everything on sale or sold carries a small mark saying which app it is on.

  Live eBay listings come in on every sync and sit on the Listings screen beside Vinted’s, each card marked with its marketplace, under the same stale and no-interest rules (watchers count as interest on eBay). A listing eBay no longer shows is flagged as closed there, the way a Vinted one already was.

  Inventory carries the same mark on every row and card for anything listed or sold on Vinted or eBay, so where a thing is on sale reads at a glance without opening it.

Duplicate listings and eBay photos fixed

Two things members told us about: a listing doubling an item added from a purchase, and eBay photos not arriving on new sales.

• Fixed

  List something you added from a purchase and the sync no longer makes a second item. The listing waits on the Listings screen under “On Vinted, not in your stock”, naming the item it is likely to be: one tap links it, or add it as new stock from the row’s menu.

  eBay photos come through for a sold listing eBay’s public lookup no longer serves, read from your own seller view instead — with the brand, size, colour and condition, blanks only.

Vinted purchase costs split correctly

On some accounts Vinted’s purchase list carries everything you paid, not the item price. Linking one wrote that whole figure under Bought and the protection again under Extra costs.

• Fixed

  A linked or added Vinted purchase lands as item under Bought, postage under Postage in and protection under Extra costs, worked out from the two figures Vinted sends. Linked items are put right on the next sync with a line in their history; anything you added under Extra costs beyond the protection stays.

  Purchases and the item record say what a figure covers — all-in, or item + protection where Vinted’s detail carries no postage — rather than calling every figure the all-in.

Hourly automatic sync

Every Vinted and eBay connection is synced within the hour, all day, without a press.

• New

  Sales, purchases, the wallet and your listings are read from Vinted and eBay every hour on their own. Sync now is still there for right now; you no longer have to remember it.

• Improved

  A connection that stops working — a token Vinted no longer accepts, say — is tried once an hour rather than left until you next open the app. The Vinted and eBay pages say what the last automatic sync did, and a refused token becomes a notification the same day, once.

eBay balance and dispatch deadlines

Your eBay balance is eBay’s own figure now, and the eBay page leads with what Seller Hub leads with.

  Payouts printed an “awaiting” figure that was this app’s own sum of sales it had not matched to a payout — not something eBay had said. It prints eBay’s balance instead: available to withdraw, on its way in a payout, and on hold, read on every Sync and dated.

• New

  The eBay page opens with three figures: your eBay balance, orders still to dispatch with how many are past eBay’s ship-by date, and sales over the last 90 days with the order count.

  Each eBay sale now records whether eBay says it has been posted, and by when it wanted it posted. Press Sync once and the counts fill in.

Reprice suggestions and no-interest rules

The app tells you which listings want a price drop, by your own rules, and what to drop them to.

  A listing that is stale, or has had no interest — so many days on sale with too few favourites on Vinted — carries a suggested drop on its Listings card: your percentage off what it is listed for now, as one figure. Tap it and the Reprice sheet opens with that price filled in.

  Three new rules of your own: no interest after N days, fewer than N favourites, and the drop to suggest. Set them in the Queue rules or in Settings; the defaults are a week, one favourite and 10%.

  A notification the day a listing crosses your no-interest rule — once per listing, never a daily count. Switch it off under Notifications if you would rather not.

  The Action queue’s drop button now starts at the percentage you set, so the queue and the Listings page suggest the same price.

Payouts, Listings and eBay purchases

Where the money actually is, how each listing is doing, and what you buy on eBay.

  A Vinted connection that could not sync is now said on the Vinted screen, by name, with why — a dead token on one account used to read as “Nothing new since last time” while the others carried on.

  eBay purchases. Set the eBay connection to Buys or Sells & buys in its ⋯ menu and what you bought there in the last 60 days comes into Purchases beside your Vinted buys — item price, postage and whether it is paid and posted — with the same It’s this one, Add as new stock and Unlink.

  Listings, under Stock. Everything you have up for sale as photo cards, longest on sale first, with favourites and views on the picture, how long each has been listed, and what Vinted says — on sale, reserved or closed, and the price it shows. Reprice, log a bump, or open the listing from the card.

  Payouts, under Money. Every Vinted sale still held — with Vinted’s own reason — beside the wallet, and every eBay payout with the sales it carried, so a sale reads as paid, on its way, or awaiting.

Desktop layout fixes

Every screen checked at laptop and monitor widths, after a member could not see what they were typing into the inventory search.

  Searching the inventory or purchases on a desktop shows what you type. The search box could be squeezed to just its counter by the row of status chips beside it; it keeps its room now and the chips wrap instead.

Unlink a purchase

Linked a purchase to the wrong item? There is a way back now.

  Unlink, in a linked purchase’s ⋯ menu on Purchases. The purchase comes back to the list to be linked again, and whatever linking filled in on the item — a cost it had none of, the bought day, the photo — is put back as it was.

  Which item is this? now shows each item’s photo beside its title, so two of the same hoodie are told apart at a glance — when linking a purchase, a Vinted sale or an eBay sale.

Main photo, period comparison and Analytics export

The picture that stands for an item is yours to pick, Analytics says how this window did against the one before, and every table on it comes off as one file.

  Make main photo, on the item record: pick any photo in the strip and put it first. That is the one the lists, the table and the share card use. Remove sits beside it, for whichever photo is selected — no more hovering to find it.

  Analytics compares the period with the same number of days before it: profit, revenue and profit per sale carry the change, and margin and days to sell say what they were.

  Export, on Analytics: every table on the screen for the period you are looking at, as one CSV — the headline figures, where the money went, how long things take to sell, the verdicts, every cut and every sale.

Saved views and custom columns

Keep the questions you ask the inventory most under a name, and pick which columns the table shows.

  Views, in the inventory toolbar: narrow the list — a status, a brand, a search, a sort — and save it under a name. Pick it later and the whole list snaps back to that question, on every device you use.

  Columns, on a wide screen: add Margin, Where, Listed, Bought, Marketplace or Category to the table beside Age — up to four, with the first two showing on a narrower window. Your choice is kept.

Sync reads your full history

A sync used to read your newest 500 orders and stop there for good. It now remembers where it got to and keeps reading further back, on its own, until everything is in.

  One press carries on by itself while there is more history further back — on the sold list and the bought list alike — and the button says so while it reads. Where a gap is left, the account’s card says how many more presses close it.

  A buying account’s card now says whether every purchase is in, on Vinted’s own count, the way a selling account’s already did for sales.

Every Vinted order lands in Inventory

The Vinted screen no longer keeps orders that have not finished in a list of their own.

• Improved

  A sale still on its way to the buyer has been in your inventory and on Shipping since the status ladder — needs shipping, in transit, delivered. The “Still going through” card on the Vinted screen was showing those same orders a second time and calling them not-yet-sales, so it has gone.

  A cancelled order lands in your inventory too, as Refunded — the sale it reversed stays on the record and counts as no money. Where a cancelled order looks like an item you still have listed, nothing is touched: that item is still on your shelf.

Buying accounts no longer show their own sales as purchases

Vinted hands back an account’s sales on its purchases list. A Sells account already had them screened out; a Buys-only account did not, so its sales showed up on Purchases as costs.

  An account connected as Buys now has its own sold list read for its order numbers only — nothing from it is recorded as a sale — and those orders are kept off Purchases. Any that had already come through are cleared on your next sync.

  A sync no longer re-reads the whole purchases list on every press once it has been read. It reads the newest two pages, as it does for sales.

Link purchases to items

Every purchase on the Purchases screen can be linked to an item in your inventory, and the item then says what it cost — and the screen now shows every purchase, in the inventory’s shape.

  Purchases looks like Inventory now: four figure cards that are also filters (Arrived, On its way, Refunded, and what the current view adds up to), chips with counts, search, a sort, and one row per purchase with what you paid in red. Every purchase is there, not the newest sixty — the list grows as you scroll.

  Where a purchase looks like an item you already have, the row says which and one tap links them. Otherwise, Link to an item opens a picker over everything you hold — all of it, not the first forty. An item the sync made from a sale at cost zero gets its real cost and bought date from the purchase; a cost you typed yourself is left alone.

  An item’s record shows the purchase it is matched to — what you paid, all-in, and when — under On Vinted, with a link back to Purchases.

  An item that has only been bought leads with what you paid, in red, instead of a dash where a sale would go. Add as new stock is in the row’s menu for the thing that has no row yet, and Put away is there for something you bought for yourself.

Multiple Vinted accounts

Sell from one account and buy from another? Connect both, and tell the app which is which.

• New

  The Vinted screen lists every account you connect, each with its own last sync, token date and “is it all in” line. One Sync reads all of them.

  When you connect an account you say what it is for — Sells, Buys, or both. A selling account brings in sold orders, parcels, the wallet and your listings; a buying account brings in only what it bought. Change it later from the account’s ⋯ menu without pasting the token again.

  Disconnecting unlinks that one account and nothing else. Your imported sales and purchases stay, whichever account they came from.

Full-size photos and a photo viewer

The app had been saving the small thumbnail off your listing rather than the full picture, and there was no way to open one.

• Fixed

  Your item photos are the full-size picture now, not the little square Vinted uses in a list. Your next few syncs go back over the photos you already have and swap in the sharp copy where Vinted still has it — it works through your older sales a bit at a time, so press sync a few times.

  Tap an item's photo to open it full screen and uncropped, with arrows when there is more than one. Before, tapping did nothing and your phone zoomed the whole page instead.

Delivered and Suspended statuses

A parcel that has reached the buyer says so, and an order Vinted has paused says that — instead of both sitting under In transit.

  Delivered joins the ladder between In transit and Sold. Vinted says when a parcel arrives, and a sync now moves it there — so you can see what is with a buyer and waiting to be confirmed.

  A label you have made but not posted stays on your to-post list. Vinted files that stage under a word the app read as “on its way”, so the Shipping screen could say every sale had gone out while one was still on your table.

  An order Vinted has paused now says Suspended — on the item, in your inventory, and at the top of the Action queue with a button to open it on Vinted. Before, the app reported where the parcel was and the hold went unmentioned.

  A new lot asks how many pieces are in it and does the sums as you type: cost per item, how many sales at your price pay it back, and what is left if it all sells. Leave the count blank for a bag you have not sorted yet.

  “Sold in” is honest now. A synced sale keeps the time Vinted gave it, and a flip whose listing date is known reads 5h or 40m instead of 0d. One with no listing date shows nothing there rather than a made-up 0d or “same day”.

Batch label printing

Tick the labels, press print once — and the app finds each one on the page for you.

• New

  Labels now print in a batch. Tick the parcels you are posting, press Print once, and every label comes out at your size — a page each, no dialog asking questions.

  It finds the label on the page by itself. A courier emails an A4 with the label in one corner; the app reads where the ink actually is and crops to it, so you are not picking a corner every time. Measured at more than twice the barcode size on a 4 × 6 roll.

  Set your printer once — thermal roll or paper, the size, and whether to turn a landscape label upright. After that, printing is a tick and a press. Leave the last switch on and your parcels move to On the way the moment their labels print.

  A file with several labels in it gets matched in one go: the app pairs them with the parcels waiting, oldest first, and you check it before anything is linked. A single label with a single parcel waiting links itself.

Labels

Every shipping label in one place, cropped to fit a thermal printer.

  Save a label out of a courier email and add it here. It stays pinned to the parcel and opens on your phone at the counter — no more digging through your inbox in the queue.

  Crop it down to a 4 × 6 for a thermal printer, or A4 for an ordinary one. A label that is lying on its side is turned to fill the roll rather than printed the size of a stamp. The preview is the finished sheet, not a guess at one.

  One PDF holding five labels is fine — you pick which one to print. And the hub tells you which parcels you have no label for yet, which is the thing you would otherwise find out at the shop.

Shipping

One screen for what you owe a buyer, and what is already on its way.

  Sold and not posted, oldest first — because that is the one closest to costing you a late dispatch. Marking one sent is a single tap.

  Vinted fills it in for you. Something sells and it lands here; Vinted says the parcel has gone and it moves itself to On the way.

Eight order statuses, synced from Vinted

Eight states instead of four, and Vinted moves them for you — without touching your figures.

  On its way to you, Needs shipping and In transit are real states now, so a parcel you owe someone is not hiding inside “Sold”.

  Every sync moves your items to wherever Vinted says they are. You can still set any status by hand.

  A sale reaches your inventory as soon as it sells, instead of waiting for Vinted to release the money — so “needs shipping” shows up when you can still act on it.

Vinted's own order status on each item

An item that came from Vinted now shows their own words for where it has got to.

  Open any item that was bought or sold on Vinted and an On Vinted panel quotes their status — “Order sent and on its way!”, “Package delivered.” — beside your own.

  An item you both bought and sold on Vinted shows both ends of it, so a sale still in the post cannot hide behind a buy that arrived weeks ago.

  A refunded purchase said “did not complete”, which is the selling word for it. It says refunded now — the money came back.

Inventory redesign

The same figures and the same controls, drawn so you can actually read them.

  Four cards instead of five tiles, each with the two figures behind it — what is listed against what is not, your average cost against how many have none.

The Purchases screen

  The figure is the all-in: the item plus Vinted’s buyer protection, which is what actually left your account. It is read one order at a time, so a big backlog fills in over a press or two.

  A cancelled or refunded order is kept and crossed through, carrying Vinted’s own words for what happened to it, and is never counted as money you spent.

Bulk-add Vinted sales

Search the sales waiting on you, narrow them to the weeks you want, and add the lot as new items with one figure for what they cost — because nobody remembers what one hoodie cost, and everybody remembers what that kind of hoodie costs.

  Search the waiting list, narrow it to a range of sale dates, then press Add all — or use Select to pick rows one at a time.

  One cost for everything you picked — a single figure or a rough range, which goes in as its middle and says so before anything is written. Leave it blank and they still go in.

  It will not sweep up a sale you already recorded by hand, and it holds back anything that looks like stock you still hold, naming both rather than quietly adding fewer than you picked.

  Buttons on the Vinted and eBay screens were a touch smaller than a thumb on a phone. They are full size now.

Order counts that match Vinted

The sync now prints Vinted's own count of your sold orders beside the number this app holds, so you can check for yourself that all of it is here — and an order still making its way to a buyer has a place on the screen instead of being counted as a cancellation.

  The sync said how many orders it re-read, not how many you have — so it read as though sales were missing when nothing was. It counts what is actually here now.

  A parcel on its way to a buyer was counted as cancelled or refunded. Orders that have not finished are their own list now, each showing Vinted's own words for it, and they move across on their own once Vinted marks them complete.

Add to home screen

It installs like an app now — full screen, no address bar, and an icon you can long-press to jump straight to Add an item. On an iPhone it is also the only way a notification ever arrives.

  A guide that reads the device you are holding and names the one control that works there — the Share sheet on an iPhone, a single button in Chrome or Edge.

  Long-press the installed icon for Add an item or the Action queue, without opening the app first.

Notifications

Your phone can tell you when a repeating cost is about to go out, when your Vinted connection is nearly up, when something has sold and is waiting to be posted, when you hit a goal, and what you have just bought from a Discord alert. Nothing else — no daily summary, and no reminder about stock sitting still.

  Turn them on in Settings, and pick which kinds you want. Each device is separate; the kinds follow you everywhere.

  Add an alert from Discord and your phone says what you added and what it cost. Discord’s own reply disappears with the message; this one stays, and opens the item.

  On an iPhone or iPad, add the app to your home screen first — Safari only delivers notifications to an installed app.

Log a buy with no signal

Charity shop basements have no bars. Log it anyway — it is kept on your phone and goes up on its own the moment you have signal.

  Adding an item with no signal used to sit on “Saving…” for ever and save nothing, without saying so. It keeps it now.

  Anything still waiting shows at the bottom of the screen with what it was, so you can see your buy is safe before it lands.

  It sends itself when the signal comes back — you do not have to notice or press anything — and the same buy can never go up twice.

Bulk editing on your phone

Everything the selection bar offers was a desk job until now. Press Select on Inventory and it is all there, one-handed.

  Select is in the Inventory toolbar on a phone. Press it and every row becomes a tick — tap the row itself, not a tiny box.

  Select all does what you came for: search for what you want, tick the lot, and set the cost, the price or the status in one move.

  Done leaves the mode and clears the ticks, so nothing you can no longer see is sitting inside the next thing you press.

Set a cost for a whole selection

Search for "quarter zip", tick the rows, say what you paid. It is the answer to a shelf of imported sales that all landed with no cost on them.

  Bought for is in the selection bar. Pick the rows, type one figure, and every one of them is set to it.

  A rough range works — type 15-20 and every row is set to the middle of it, and the sheet says so before it writes anything.

  It only fills the blanks unless you tell it otherwise, and it says out loud which rows it is leaving alone: the ones that already have a cost, and anything in a lot, whose cost is its share of what the lot cost.

Imported sales get brand, size and category

A Vinted sold order carries a title, a price and a picture — and no brand, size or category. The app now reads those off the title, asks what you paid, and stops printing a days-to-sell figure it cannot back.

  Brand, size and category are read from the listing title and filled in on any imported sale that has none — including the ones already in your inventory.

  Adding a sale asks what you paid for it and when you bought it. Leave either blank and it still goes in.

  Sold items imported from Vinted no longer read "0d". A sale dated to the day it sold cannot say how long it took, so nothing claims it does — and your average days-to-sell is right again.

  Listing photos now reach sales that were added before the picture arrived, and the sync reads far enough back to find them.

Your whole Vinted history in one press

Pressing Bring my sales in used to fetch a slice at a time. It now keeps going until there is nothing left, and the listing photos come with it.

  The sync finishes the job on one press. It reports what is left as it goes, and there is a Stop link if you would rather come back to it.

  Vinted's own listing photo is copied into your inventory as each sale lands — so a listing Vinted later deletes cannot take the picture with it.
